Unsolicited Referrals: Forvis Mazars reserves the right to disregard unsolicited referrals or resumes from vendors, including search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting services.
Fee Agreement: We will not pay any fees to recruiters or agencies without a signed vendor agreement with Forvis Mazars.
Ownership of Unsolicited Resumes: Any resume or CV submitted without an existing vendor agreement will be considered the property of Forvis Mazars, with no obligation to pay referral fees.
